I Belong to a Witch — Episode 2: She Feeds on Me

Rose vines wind softly around Darius's wrists at his own front door, and Morgana takes her sweet time crossing the space between them. She asks if he ever wondered why every woman he loved walked away. The answer leaves him breathless: he has been hers since the day he died. He fires back, 'Not in this life, lady,' and she releases him at once, because she never takes what isn't given.

Then Duke's eyes glow green, and someone is watching through the old dog. Morgana lulls Duke to sleep, sits Darius down and confesses it all: the miracle that saved him long ago was her, and the price was him. He knows he should send her away. But nobody has touched him like this in years, and her hand is so warm. In Episode 2, that tender moment shatters when the room turns icy and a dark-haired witch emerges from a green mist.
